Advanced Stitching Vision Technology
Inspired by celestial continuity, the VENUS Series stitching
measurement systems utilize multi-CCD synchronization to capture
and precisely stitch localized images from different workpiece
regions. This creates complete, coherent profiles for accurate
segment-based measurement across large surfaces.
The advanced stitching capability eliminates measurement blind
spots common with traditional single-field systems, ensuring
dimensional accuracy across entire workpiece surfaces during
large-scale inspection applications.
